The reason we chose Rick was confidence that he would always be present at the showings. We had three cats that were not allowed outside. Even though one of us was always present, Rick was very careful to assure doors were closed. Even after we vacated the house, Rick was present at every showing. Consequently, we were not surprised at any outcome, as Rick was present. Our one “satisfactory “ rating is not a criticism. We don’t have an independent way to consider price.
