We had three cats that were not allowed outside. Even though one of us was always present, Rick was very careful to assure doors were closed. Even after we vacated the house, Rick was present at every showing. Consequently, we were not surprised at any outcome, as Rick was present. Our one “satisfactory “ rating is not a criticism. We don’t have an independent way to consider price. For price, we needed to rely on Rick’s recommendation. I’m sure he was correct but it couldn’t be compared since we had no other reference point. We are pleased with the outcome.

Hence, we are unlikely to make a recommendation for or use Meybohm.

We closed our house in record time (18 days) without his team work it wouldn’t have happened. He was also quick to help answer questions or find out the answer by contacting the right people. Not many great agents like him around.

He attended each showing even if they were not his customers. He was there for the inspection and assured every repair was taken care of to the satisfaction of the buyer.

I would recommend him to anyone dealing with a Real Estate issue.

His local knowledge proved invaluable in pricing and ultimately selling our lot. He is the ultimate professional and fun to work with besides. Would highly recommend him.
